Wellness Class Instructor

Overview

FlowHaus is a vibration-raising experience where world-class hospitality meets world-class healing. We are a membership-based wellness space specializing in sauna and cold plunge experiences. Our specialty is providing incredible, unique, guided experiences in our space.
We are hiring a Class Instructor to own the stage in our sauna a few times a week, elevate the guest journey, and provide meaningful guided experiences for our clients.

We are looking for experienced instructors, and are open to different modalities. Some classes we currently offer at Flowhaus include Yoga, Self-Massage, Aufguss (heat experience), Breathwork, Sound Bath. We are looking to expand our offerings with something new.

This is not your average instructing role. We are looking for experienced instructors with unique offerings who are excited to learn how to work in a dynamic environment.

This role is in-studio and customer-facing, with primary responsibility being leading and guiding curated experiences for our guests, while also helping strengthen community relationships and support the team in their time spent in-studio. This position includes training to instruct in the business' style inside the sauna/cold plunge environment.
