Wellness Coach

• Conduct health and wellness consultations to assess clients' lifestyle habits, health risks, and wellness goals
• Develop personalized wellness and lifestyle improvement plans based on clients' health needs and objectives
• Promote and recommend appropriate wellness services, health screening packages, and preventive care programs
• Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and wellness program participation
• Contribute to revenue generation through effective consultation, client retention, and promotion of wellness services
• Assist in developing wellness program content, educational materials, workshops, and health promotion events

Requirements

• HKDSE Level 2 or above in Chinese, English or equivalent; OR with more than 1 years’ relevant experience in wellness service or healthcare field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, proactive and coaching skills
• Passion for preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle promotion
• Ability to work positively and well organize in a fast-paced environment
• Good in spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Good computer skills including MS Office, health monitoring platforms
