Position Purpose

To engage, educate, and guide clients on their wellness journey to feeling great every day

Core Functions

Create a Joyful Atmosphere: Your primary mission is to make our studio a place of happiness and wellness. We rely on you to greet guests with warmth, to engage in friendly interactions, and to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Sales and Promotion: As a key player in our growth, you will introduce and sell memberships, products, and services. You will capture photos and videos daily for our social media accounts. Your enthusiasm for our offerings should shine through in every interaction.

Educate Guests and Members: You are a bridge between our services and our clients. Share your knowledge about the benefits of our offerings, guide members in their wellness journey, and answer any questions with confidence and clarity.

Equipment Assistance: Help guests and members with equipment, ensuring their safety and comfort. Your knowledge and assistance will enhance their experience.

Studio Maintenance: You ensure that the studio is sparkling clean, that all necessary supplies are in stock, and that all equipment is well-maintained and ready for clients to use.

Worksite Requirements

This position requires reporting to the studio in-person for all work shifts.

Physical Requirements

• ● Ability to stand and walk on a continual basis for shifts of 4 to 5 hours
• ● Ability to move quickly between the front desk, lobby, and all service rooms on a continual basis
• ● Ability to use a step ladder on a regular basis and a taller ladder on an occasional basis
• ● Ability to perform daily and weekly cleaning duties, including dusting, service equipment, cleaningbathroom, and cleaning lobby windows
• ● Ability to manually operate electronic devices and type input into computers for the majority of awork shift

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 18.0 per week
