Wellness Consultant (Basic + Comm)

We represent an established and rapidly growing health and wellness center dedicated to holistic well-being, preventative healthcare, and personalized clinical care. Situated in a prime location in Petaling Jaya, our client integrates medical consultations, comprehensive health screenings, and tailored wellness programs to help individuals achieve long-term vitality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Programme Coordination: Partner with doctors to run and monitor tailored wellness programs according to medical SOPs.
• Client Engagement & Retention: Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and renewals to ensure high program completion and satisfaction.
• Operations & Leadership: Supervise Wellness/Clinic Assistants, coordinate daily schedules, and manage wellness inventory.
• Business Development: Promote recommended wellness packages, support health campaigns/talks, and track basic revenue performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Healthcare, Wellness, Nutrition, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–3 years in healthcare, clinic operations, wellness sales, or client management.
• Skills: Excellent client communication, basic team leadership, and good organizational/admin skills.
• Attributes: Proactive, service-oriented, trustworthy, and strict on client confidentiality.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Alternate Weekend Shift: Sat (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) OR Sun (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) (Off on the alternate weekend day)
• Remuneration: Basic Salary + Commission
