Wellness Consultant (Sales)

Full-Time | Part-Time

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, our Wellness Consultants play an important role in creating an exceptional experience while educating clients about our services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new and returning clients
• Conduct wellness consultations and understand client goals
• Educate clients on treatment options, memberships, and wellness programs
• Recommend individualized service plans based on provider recommendations
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and ongoing care plans
• Build long-term client relationships
• Support community outreach and promotional events
• Achieve individual and team performance goals while maintaining a patient-first approach

Qualifications

• Sales, hospitality, concierge, or customer service experience preferred
• Medical spa, wellness, fitness, luxury retail, or healthcare experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
