About True REST Float Spa
True REST Float Spa is a national float therapy brand with locations across more than 20 states. Since 2010, True REST has helped guests decompress, recover, and reset by floating effortlessly in a private pod filled with roughly 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt. Guests come to us for stress relief, better sleep, athletic recovery, and a rare hour free of outside stimulation. Every location is held to one standard: Every Float is the Most Important Float.
Location: True REST Float Spa, McDonough, Georgia Reports to: General Manager Employment type: Part-time, with full-time opportunities
Position Summary
The Wellness Consultant is the face of the spa and owns the guest experience from first call to post-float membership conversation. You represent both your local spa and the True REST brand as a whole, so every interaction shapes how guests and the community see float therapy. During each shift, you are responsible for the full operation of the spa: welcoming and educating guests, running and resetting the float rooms, keeping the spa spotless, and growing the membership base.
We are looking for a true Brand Champion: someone warm, calm under pressure, and genuinely excited to share the benefits of floating.

- Build lasting relationships with members and regulars.

- Clean and sanitize pods, showers, floors, and surfaces between every float.
- Keep all areas spotless and salt-free, including the front desk, Oasis room, intro video room, prep room, restrooms, spa suites, and back room.
- Handle laundry and towel service throughout the shift.
- Lift and add 50 lb bags of Epsom salt and support routine pod and water-quality maintenance per brand standards.
Spa operations
- Open and close the spa following True REST checklists.
- Run the spa independently during your shift and follow all brand policies and procedures.
- Work with teammates to keep daily operations smooth, especially on busy Friday –Sunday schedules.
