Wellness Coordinator

Country Villa Assisted Living is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our team serving residents in a CBRF and RCAC setting.

Hours: 8am-4pm Monday - Friday, On call rotation, Weekends/holidays as needed.

In this role, you will provide quality care and support to residents in accordance with CBRF regulations and company policies. Administer Medications and treatments as ordered. Assist with assessments, documentation, and resident care plans. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Support a positive, team-oriented work environment across both settings.

Starting Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour
Based on experience, certifications.
