Northern Apex Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our Tampa team as Wellness Coverage Consultants helping clients find Health Insurance coverage that fits their individual needs.

This is an entry-level health insurance sales position where you'll consult directly with prospective clients, learn about their coverage needs, present available insurance products, and guide them toward an appropriate health plan.

No previous insurance experience is necessary. Our paid training and ongoing coaching are designed to teach you the industry, our client process, and the skills needed to succeed in health insurance sales.

What You'll Do

• Consult with prospective health insurance clients
• Identify individual health and coverage needs
• Present and explain available health insurance plans
• Help clients compare available coverage options
• Recommend plans based on client needs
• Answer questions regarding coverage and benefits
• Guide clients through purchasing and enrollment
• Maintain client communication and sales follow-up
• Work toward company sales goals
