Louros Insurance Consulting is expanding its Tampa team and seeking motivated, personable individuals to join us as Wellness Coverage Consultants.

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, providing guidance, and developing professional skills in the health insurance industry.

Previous insurance experience is not required. We provide structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a supportive team environment to help new team members develop the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients to discuss their health and wellness coverage needs.
• Explain available coverage options and benefits in a clear, professional manner.
• Assist clients in understanding plan features and services.
• Build positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Support client follow-ups and coverage-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
