Job Overview: Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in providing a wide range of facial treatments, including anti-aging, hydrating, and therapeutic facials. In addition to their expertise in skincare, the esthetician should be proficient in laser hair removal and lymphatic massage techniques, offering a holistic approach to wellness and beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform customized facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and mask application tailored to clients' unique skin needs.
• Provide laser hair removal services, ensuring safety, comfort, and desired results for clients.
• Offer lymphatic massage therapies to help reduce swelling, promote detoxification, and enhance overall circulation.
• Conduct consultations to assess clients' skin types and conditions, recommending appropriate treatments and home care regimens.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest skincare trends, equipment, and product innovations.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment at all times.
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards, adhering to industry regulations and clinic protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Valid esthetician license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience with all types of facials, including advanced treatments.
• Expertise in laser hair removal and lymphatic massage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of skincare products and a commitment to ongoing education in the field.
• Attention to detail and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
