About the Role

We're looking for energetic, confident and personable people to join us as Wellness Experience Hosts.

You'll be leading short, fun and immersive wellness experiences for groups of guests. No prior wellness experience is required — we'll train you from the basics.

What You'll Do

·        Host short wellness experiences for groups of guests.

·        Learn and perform Reva's different experience formats.

·        Bring good energy and personality to each session.

·        Engage and guide guests throughout the experience.

·        Prepare and reset between sessions.

·        Make sure guests have a fun, comfortable and memorable experience.

·        Follow simple operating and safety guidelines.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need previous wellness experience. We're mainly looking for personality, energy and presence.

You could come from:

·        Dance / performing arts

·        Group fitness / coaching

·        Sports

·        Events / hospitality

·        Or simply be someone who is naturally confident and engaging with people

You'll be a great fit if you:

·        Enjoy being in front of a group

·        Have good energy and presence

·        Are comfortable with movement

·        Enjoy interacting with people

·        Learn quickly and can follow a set routine

·        Are reliable and punctual

The Schedule

Part-time, peak hours

Approximately 5:00pm–9:00pm, with flexibility around weekends and peak periods.

Experiences will run approximately every 30 minutes, with each experience lasting around 8–10 minutes.

There will be time between sessions to reset, prepare and get ready for the next experience.

Training

Full training provided.

You don't need to have done anything like this before. We'll teach you the experience formats, how to deliver them and our operating standards.

Pay

S$17–20/hour, depending on experience.

Full training will be provided, and you'll learn everything you need to confidently host the experiences.
