Wellness Experience Specialist

Bugü Wellness club is a space offering hot and cold contrast therapy, ice baths, and sauna services aimed at enhancing muscle recovery and promoting overall well-being. Our mission is to provide a rejuvenating environment where clients can achieve relaxation, recovery, and resilience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Wellness Experience Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the face of Bugü Wellness, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in until they leave feeling rejuvenated. This role involves client engagement, operational support, and promoting the wellness offerings that Bugü provides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about their sessions.
• Guide clients through Bugü’s wellness services, including cold plunges, saunas, and recovery programs.
• Offer exceptional customer service, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wellness space, including prepping the ice bath and sauna areas.
• Manage client bookings, check-ins, and payments via our booking system.
• Upsell membership packages, private sessions, and upcoming wellness events.
• Assist with the planning and execution of special events or collaborative sessions with local businesses.
• Educate clients about the benefits of our services and offer recommendations based on their wellness goals.
• Collaborate with the social media team to create content, capture client testimonials, and promote the Bugü experience.

Qualifications:

• high school diploma or GED
• Passion for wellness, health, and recovery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a wellness or spa environment.
• Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of sauna, cold therapy, or fitness recovery is a plus.
• Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and special events.
