The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Wellness Department in-store. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Wellness operations, driving sales, and managing a high-performing team in a luxury service environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience within beauty, hospitality, or wellness and understands how to deliver a polished, high-touch client experience while maintaining operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership

• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Wellness Associates.
• Lead with empathy, accountability, and a customer-first mindset, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development while holding team members accountable to performance and service standards.
• Lead ongoing product and brand education for store teams, ensuring associates are confident, knowledgeable, and equipped to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Sales & Performance

• Drive sales growth and overall performance within the department.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, productivity, inventory performance, and customer retention, to identify opportunities for growth.
• Partner with buyers to identify new brands, products, and assortment opportunities aligned with customer demand.
• Share customer and store feedback with buyers to help optimize product selection and category performance.

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience.
• Build and cultivate lasting relationships with a loyal customer base.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Partner with the Marketing team to support in-store events, brand activations, and community experiences that drive customer engagement and sales.

Operations

• Partner with store leadership and cross-functional teams to manage scheduling, inventory, and supply ordering, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

• Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to provide feedback and ensure the Wellness department remains visually compelling, well-merchandised, and aligned with brand standards.

• 2+ years of management experience in beauty, wellness, or hospitality.

• Experience in a high-end, luxury, or service-driven environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.

• Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving performance goals.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
