About The Role Blue Karma by Dijiwa Sanctuaries is looking for a passionate, proactive, and well-connected Wellness Manager to lead and grow our wellness experiences in Bali.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in the Bali wellness industry, a strong understanding of the local wellness landscape, and an established network within both local and expatriate wellness communities.

Beyond managing daily wellness operations, you will play an active role in developing wellness programs, building meaningful partnerships, engaging with the wellness community, and driving bookings and revenue growth. You will help position Blue Karma as a distinctive wellness destination by connecting our authentic Indonesian healing traditions with the evolving needs of today's wellness travelers.

This is a full-time, in-house position, requiring a dedicated presence at the property and active involvement in both daily operations and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Wellness Operations: Oversee daily wellness operations, ensuring smooth coordination of practitioners and high standards of service delivery.
• Community Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with Bali’s local and expatriate wellness communities, including yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, retreat leaders, and instructors.
• Business Development: Proactively identify new opportunities, develop partnerships, and generate wellness bookings through community engagement and networking.
• Sales & Guest Engagement: Actively promote wellness offerings to in-house and outside guests, manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Spa, and F&B teams to create packages, cross-selling opportunities, and integrated guest experiences.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate wellness practitioners and ensure professional, consistent, and personalized service delivery.
• Full-Time In-House Commitment: Maintain a consistent on-site presence, actively managing daily operations while building relationships and developing new wellness business opportunities.
