Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team at Figurella Wellesley. This is a full-time, or part time, on-site position. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting fitness instruction, designing and leading circuit training sessions, and providing exercise coaching. A Figurella trainer embodies positivity and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and accountable atmosphere for our clients. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized fitness plans, track progress, and offer continuous motivation and support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop customized training programs tailored to individual clients needs
• Lead engaging effective training sessions
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure continued success
• Maintain studio sanitization, cleaning surfaces after use
• Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance the overall client experience

Qualifications

• Nutrition and Fitness Instruction skills
• Sports background
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health and wellness
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Ability to develop personalized fitness plans

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
