Wellness Program Manager

Aloha Wellness is looking for a Wellness Program Manager to help clients stay engaged, supported, and moving toward their goals.

This is a people-focused role, but it's also an organizational one. You'll help keep our wellness programs running smoothly, make sure clients know what comes next, and work with the team to create a consistent experience from the first visit through ongoing follow-up.

What your day may look like

You'll spend part of your time working with clients and part of it keeping the program itself organized.

That may mean welcoming a new client and helping them understand the program, checking in with existing clients, reviewing upcoming appointments, following up with someone who has fallen off schedule, or working with the team to improve how we manage the client experience.

You'll also:

• Oversee day-to-day coordination of wellness and weight-management programs
• Help clients understand program steps, expectations, and available services
• Track participation, follow-ups, appointments, and client progress
• Keep communication between clients and the wellness team organized
• Support new-client onboarding and program enrollment
• Identify clients who may need additional follow-up or support
• Help resolve scheduling or service concerns
• Maintain accurate program and client information
• Review program activity and basic performance metrics
• Help develop ways to improve engagement and retention
• Coordinate program updates, promotions, and wellness initiatives
• Support staff with program procedures and client-service expectations

The background we're looking for

We're open to candidates from wellness, healthcare, fitness, weight management, nutrition programs, medical offices, client services, or other service-based businesses.

Ideally, you'll have 3+ years of experience in program management, wellness services, healthcare operations, client services, or a related area.

Previous leadership or team-coordination experience is preferred.

A bachelor's degree in health and wellness, healthcare administration, nutrition, business, exercise science, or a related field is preferred, but relevant professional experience will also be considered.

This position does not require you to be a dietitian or medical provider unless the actual responsibilities assigned to the role require clinical services.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
