Wellness Sales Coordinator

Max Health in Huntsville, AL is looking for a full-time Wellness Sales Coordinator who is passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The Wellness Sales Coordinator earns a competitive base salary plus commission, with total annual earnings typically ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year depending on experience and performance, along with:

YOUR ROLE IN PATIENT WELLNESS

You'll serve as an important connection between our patients and their recommended care. You'll have conversations with patients, answer questions, explain care solutions, and help them understand their options.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting patient consultations
• Addressing patient questions and concerns
• Presenting care solutions aligned with doctors' recommendations
• Discussing financial considerations with professionalism and empathy
• Following up with patients throughout their care
• Conducting re-exams and celebrating patient milestones
• Building strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Helping create a positive patient experience
• Supporting the continued growth of a wellness-focused chiropractic practice

THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who combines people skills, sales ability, and a genuine interest in health and wellness.

Qualifications include:

• 1+ years of sales experience
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
• Interest in chiropractic, holistic health, wellness, or natural health care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence discussing financial information and care options
• A professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
• A desire to educate and help people rather than use a high-pressure sales approach

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time Monday through Thursday schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

You'll also enjoy a three-day weekend every week!

Your day will be centered around connecting with patients, understanding their concerns, supporting their care decisions, and helping them stay engaged throughout their wellness journey.
