Wellness Studio Attendant

Overview

As a Wellness Attendant, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the moment guests arrive. You'll check guests in, maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio, educate guests on our services, and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, pays attention to detail, and takes initiative. While previous wellness or hospitality experience is a plus, we're happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Check guests in using our booking system and assist with appointments.
• Explain studio amenities, memberships, and studio policies.
• Guide guests through their wellness experience and answer questions throughout their visit.
• Assist guests with compression therapy equipment, including helping them put on and remove compression boots.
• Set up red light therapy sessions and ensure equipment is ready for each guest.
• Guide guests through cold plunge sessions when requested, providing education and encouragement while maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all wellness areas, including sauna, cold plunge areas, relaxation spaces, and common areas.
• Restock towels, water, wellness amenities, and supplies throughout the day.
• Help prepare the studio for private bookings and special events.
• Open and close the studio following daily procedures.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Encourage guests to explore memberships, services, merchandise, and upcoming events.
• Work closely with teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, spa, fitness, wellness, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable educating guests and confidently answering questions.
• Dependable, punctual, and self motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while remaining calm and organized.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for health, wellness, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to perform moderate physical tasks, including lifting cold plunge covers, and restocking supplies.
