Job Title: Wellness Studio Manager

Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a wellness studio that provides clients with services such as massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other wellness and beauty treatments.
• Ensure a satisfying experience for visitors while managing all staff and activities of the facility.
• Handle daily responsibilities, including human resources, office procedures, marketing, ordering supplies and materials, housekeeping, staff training, and complaint resolution.
• Create a motivating environment of sincerity, warmth, and positivity for staff and guests.
• Demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism for staff to emulate.
• Effectively administer and monitor staff scheduling procedures.
• Manage inventory effectively.
• Implement clearly established opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure stock and cash items are kept safely under lock and key.
• Attend management meetings and communicate all relevant information throughout the wellness studio.
• Hold regular staff meetings to keep employees updated on all aspects of the studio's operations.
• Anticipate, identify, and ensure customer needs are met in the best possible way.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys, focus groups, and feedback forms.
• Develop and deliver competitive, value-added services to customers.
• Guide staff to become caring problem-solvers who are cooperative, accommodating, and fair.
• Maintain a professional attitude and demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations.
• Maintain professional front-desk procedures for customer bookings and guest handling.
• Develop and implement effective programs to retain existing customers and grow the customer base.
• Establish and maintain clear guidelines for handling customer complaints and service recovery.

Experience Requirements:

• 2–6 years of experience in the wellness, retail, hospitality, or hotel industry.
• Candidates with relevant wellness studio experience will be preferred.
• Management experience of 2 years is preferred.
• Sales experience of 2 years is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Language Requirements:

• English proficiency is required.

Working Hours and Schedule:

• Job type: Full-time.
• Working hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000.
• Provident Fund (PF).
