Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing guest inquiries
• Handle food safely by following sanitation and food safety protocols
• Manage cashier responsibilities, including processing payments and upselling menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
• Assist in stocking supplies and organizing work areas to ensure smooth operations during shifts
• Support team members with various tasks as needed to uphold restaurant standards

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities
• Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
