Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Crew at Wendy's in Nanaimo, BC. Especially to cover Grill position and Sandwich maker.

As a Wendy's Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant.

Evening and weekend shifts available. Looking for Full-time and Part-Time Crew members.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Operate cash register and handle transactions with accuracy
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Skills:

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to upsell menu items and provide excellent customer service
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards in the food industry
• Familiarity with cashiering procedures and operating a cash register
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
