Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to enhance their dining experience
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen and dining spaces
• Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to uphold food safety regulations
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service

Experience

• Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Experience in cashiering, serving, or restaurant operations will help you excel in this role
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is highly valued
• Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills to engage guests and promote a welcoming environment

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
