Wendy's Shift Manager

Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and serving processes
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Manage cash handling procedures using Aloha POS systems accurately and securely
• Oversee food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to health regulations
• Assist with onboarding new team members to build a strong, capable staff
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain product quality and availability
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Experience in food industry roles like bartending, barista work, or hotel service is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $18.95 per hour
