We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping people, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across multiple channels and accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions
• Assist customers through calls, email, and chat
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Build positive customer relationships and contribute to an excellent overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Senior High School or College graduate
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
