WE’RE HIRING: SCREEN PRINTER / AUTOMATIC PRESS OPERATOR

Impact Prints is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented screen printer who takes pride in producing quality work. We help businesses, schools, teams, and organizations bring their ideas to life—and we need someone who cares about getting every order right.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses.
• Register screens, prepare inks, and adjust print settings for consistent results.
• Review work orders and approved artwork before starting production.
• Check placement, colors, print quality, and curing throughout each run.
• Troubleshoot printing issues and communicate problems promptly.
• Keep accurate production counts and help meet order deadlines.
• Clean and maintain presses, screens, tools, and the production area.
• Work with the team to improve efficiency and reduce mistakes.

Qualifications

• Screen printing experience, preferably with automatic presses.
• Understanding of registration, inks, flashing, and curing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow production instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain consistent quality.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling garment boxes and supplies.
