WE’RE RECRUITING – TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGLISH

Are you an English speaker with an interest in solving technical problems and helping customers? We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our Technical Support team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle customer inquiries through phone and email
• Investigate and fix technical difficulties
• Keep track of customer cases and provide follow-up
• Record reported problems and the solutions provided
• Work alongside other departments whenever necessary

• Excellent command of English
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Good communication and customer-care skills
• Well-organized, professional, and eager to develop new skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team

Position Details

Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Workplace: On-site
Salary: 4,000 MAD net + performance bonuses
Training: Full training provided starting from your first day
