Responsibilities :

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects to ensure timely completion, delivery within budget, and compliance with agreed scope and quality standards.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of engineering drawings and technical documents, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
• Prepare, coordinate, and compile Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) reports and related documentation.
• Liaise and coordinate with customers to provide regular project updates, address enquiries, and manage expectations.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal administrative support and handle customer enquiries or issues promptly.
• Attend project site meetings as required.
• Support management in project planning, costing, and resource coordination.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• NTC, ITC or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience
• Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD drawing/design software.
• Strong initiative, ability to analyze problem and problem-solving skill.
• Team player with good communication skill.
