About the role

Join our kitchen team at Singapore Zoo as a Western Cook. You will prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes, handle food preparation and ingredient portioning, follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality, and assist with daily kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle food preparation and ingredient portioning
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
• Assist with daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food is prepared according to hygiene and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of cooking stations and equipment
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods

About you

• Food & Hygiene Certificate is a MUST
• Previous Western cooking experience is a MUST
• Familiar with preparing Western-style dishes
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Responsible and hardworking
• Good personal hygiene and grooming standards
