Multi Skilled Operative (Wet Rooms Installation Experience) – Wandsworth / South London

We are a well-established organisation delivering integrated engineering and property maintenance services across the UK. With over 50 years of industry experience, we have built a strong reputation for supporting public sector organisations, housing associations, and commercial clients.

Operating primarily across London and the South East, we specialise in maintaining and improving residential and commercial properties, with a particular focus on social housing.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out wet room installations and adaptations within occupied and void properties
• Complete a range of multi-trade works including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and minor plastering
• Install shower trays, vinyl flooring, wall panels, and associated bathroom fittings
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements
• Liaise with tenants and site representatives to ensure excellent customer service
• Field-based role covering Wandsworth and South London

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

• Previous experience installing wet rooms within social housing, residential, or commercial properties
• Multi-trade background with strong plumbing and bathroom installation skills
• Experience in tiling, carpentry, and general property maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Full Driver’s Licence
