Shift(s) Available: Weekend shift (Thursday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Day Shift), or
Thursday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift))
Compensation: $33.18/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $1500

Principal accountabilities:

• Correctly, safely and efficiently equipment operation using computerized controls and physical adjustments for a salt manufacturing and packaging facility
• Product quality testing and housekeeping tasks
• Equipment troubleshooting to ensure efficient and consistent operation
• Brine well systems operation, including injection pumps, storage tanks, valves, etc
• Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment PPE
• Basic use of a computer
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance notice
• Able and willing to work night shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of two years relevant work experience
• Previous experience operating pumps and boilers
• Experience operating forklift and/or similar equipment
• Prior experience in production
