Wet Sprayer Prep Labourer

The Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Wet Spray Labourer to support our team of experienced Wet Sprayers in our Park Royal workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Wet Sprayers with the application of spray finishes (paints, lacquers, primers) on wood, MDF, and other materials.
• Prepare surfaces for spraying — including sanding, masking, filling, and cleaning.
• Set up and clean spray equipment, spray booths, and work areas.
• Move and position joinery items ready for spraying.
• Support the team in meeting production deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment (preferably in joinery, painting, or spraying).
• Willingness to learn and assist skilled Wet Sprayers.
• Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual handling tasks.
• A positive team-player attitude.
• Based in or able to commute to Park Royal.
