WFH B2B Outbound Campaign Specialist

About the role

You will play a crucial part in identifying prospective clients, enriching lead data, and managing high-performing outbound email sequences. You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce to turn strategic accounts into actionable sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enrich target account and lead lists using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on defined ICP briefs. Validate contact data for accuracy.
• Upload, clean, and maintain target contact and account records within Salesforce/CRM.
• Build, launch, and manage outbound email sequences and marketing automation campaigns. Monitor bounce rates, manage list hygiene, and track engagement.
• Track campaign engagement, identify buying signals/trigger events, and surface qualified leads for the sales team.
• Produce weekly performance reports and actionable campaign recommendations to optimize conversion rates.

About you

• 2–5 years of mid-level experience in outbound lead generation, marketing operations, or B2B sales development.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce/CRM platforms, and email sequence automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail in data validation, and process-driven execution.
