WFH Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online)

About the role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to support a growing company with multiple different entities. The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks skills, experience managing financial records for U.S.-based clients, and the ability to prepare accurate financial reports while collaborating with external accounting advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Categorize and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Assist in house administration team with reports to help ownership and advisors make decisions
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records for multiple client accounts
• Collaborate with the external accounting advisors to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records

About you

• Proven bookkeeping experience and proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients and familiarity with U.S. accounting practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet reporting deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
