WFH Business Development -Streaming Application

We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Specialist/Manager to grow our livestreaming platform presence. You will recruit, onboard, and manage Agency Managers while ensuring platform compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with Agency Managers.
• Conduct orientations, training sessions, and explain platform policies.
• Oversee contract execution and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing operational support and resolve agency issues.
• Monitor industry trends, track performance metrics, and report to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in business development, recruitment, or agency management (digital/livestreaming preferred).
• Strong knowledge of livestreaming platforms and content creator ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, training, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle contracts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
