WFH Client Success Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. This role focuses on guiding clients through onboarding, ensuring effective product adoption, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Times, Los Angeles, CA time. with one hour unpaid for break

Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our products/services effectively.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive support and addressing concerns.
• Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Assist clients with issues, collaborate with internal teams, and provide prompt solutions.
• Product Adoption & Engagement: Monitor client usage, provide best practices, and ensure clients maximize value from offerings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with CEO and support teams to improve the client experience and relay feedback.
• Performance Metrics: Track key success metrics such as onboarding completion rates, client satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements:

• Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or Customer Support
• Experience in a clinical, medical, or healthcare clinic is a plus
• Sales or Onboarding experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns professionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, support tools, and virtual communication platforms

• Proficiency in ASANA
• 3–5 years of client success experience
• Multilingual capabilities
• Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction metrics
