WFH Cold Calling Sales Representative

About the role

This is an independent contractor position focused on outbound sales to real estate companies. You will conduct cold calls, deliver product pitches, follow up with prospects, and schedule qualified appointments for the team. You will work Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule during client business hours (Australian Eastern Time) for 40 hours per week, operating from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold outbound sales calls to real estate companies
• Deliver a concise and compelling pitch that communicates the value of the customer engagement tool
• Follow up with prospects via email to share additional product information and nurture leads
• Schedule qualified appointments for the team with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects across the Australian and potentially US markets
• Use a phone dialer system (e.g., JustCall) provided by the client to make outbound calls
• Report directly to the leadership team for onboarding, training, and day-to-day operations

About you

• Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or appointment setting roles
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Ability to clearly articulate software product value propositions to business audiences
• High level of self-motivation and resilience in handling rejection
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
