Job Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist for a successful e-commerce business during a pivotal growth phase. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting critical business operations. As the company scales up their advertising and operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality customer experience that has driven their remarkable success. Schedule

Wednesday - Sunday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Sydney Time (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through live chat interactions, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Manage comprehensive email-based customer support communications with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
• Process returns efficiently and maintain accurate spreadsheet documentation for tracking and reporting.
• Deliver general administrative assistance to support seamless business operations.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solution-focused approach.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to support business insights.
• Support the company's growth initiatives by managing increased customer volume as advertising scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in customer support and administrative roles with demonstrated success.
• E-commerce customer service experience, particularly in retail or product-based businesses.
• Exceptional written communication skills for professional email and live chat interactions.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheet software for data management and returns processing.
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, growing business environment with evolving priorities.
• Self-motivated professional who can work independently while maintaining high standards.
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs effectively.
