WFH E-commerce Product Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Content Coordinator to manage, organize, and verify product data, imagery, and 3D modeling collateral. This role is responsible for coordinating with suppliers, maintaining data accuracy across internal systems, supporting internal communication, and assisting with customer service product queries in a remote setup.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM NSW, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Asset & Content Sourcing: Liaise and proactively follow up with suppliers to collect, review, and organize product collateral, specifications, imagery, and detailed upholstery features, ensuring materials meet quality standards and timelines for photography and 3D modeling.
• 3D Modeling & Data Administration: Accurately enter, update, and manage product data across internal systems, brief 3D modeling ranges with clear specifications, and provide feedback on completed 3D models within a strict 24-hour turnaround window.
• Quality Assurance & Verification: Perform rigorous quality checks to identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent data, cross-reference supplier documents against existing records, and maintain accurate logs of content updates, approvals, and outstanding requirements.
• Cross-Functional Communication & Support: Address customer service product queries, build slide decks and collateral for business initiatives, and maintain transparent, regular communication with internal stakeholders regarding updates, actions, and project status.
• Process Improvement & Issue Management: Oversee multiple content deadlines with high precision, refine workflows and documentation, take ownership of task completion, and promptly escalate supplier delays or content discrepancies before they affect downstream timelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in product coordination, product content, e-commerce, administration, data entry, merchandising, or a similar role.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, content management systems, or other data-entry platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, or equivalent tools such as Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Comfortable communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders and following up on outstanding requirements.
• Strong ability to review, compare, and identify discrepancies in product information and documentation.
• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback on visual and product content.
• Previous experience working with suppliers, product teams, e-commerce content, furniture, retail, or similar industries would be highly regarded.
