WFH Loyalty Program & Campaign Specialist

About the role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Loyalty Program & Campaign Specialist to support the execution and optimization of loyalty campaigns within the convenience retail and fuel industry. In this role, you will act as the control center for loyalty campaigns—configuring offers, testing systems, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth execution from launch through reporting. You will play a key role in delivering seamless promotional experiences while supporting retailers and customers within the loyalty ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Program and configure promotional offers within the loyalty platform
• Test campaigns and schedule launches
• Configure segmentation for targeted email and SMS campaigns
• Conduct remote testing on POS systems
• Maintain loyalty platform configurations and ensure system accuracy
• Generate reports and analyze campaign performance
• Manage retailer and customer support tickets
• Provide phone support for escalated issues
• Monitor campaign execution and proactively identify areas for improvement

About you

• 3+ years of marketing experience (Mid- to Senior-level/Tier 2–Tier 3 preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous marketing campaigns and projects
• Proficient in AI tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva
• Experience managing paid media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and using marketing analytics to measure and optimize performance
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Experience with loyalty programs, loyalty platforms, or POS systems is highly preferred
• Familiarity with the fuel and convenience industry is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a remote work environment
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software
