WFH Sales Development Representative

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound growth through daily high-volume cold calling. In this role, you will engage prospective customers, present value propositions, and connect qualified leads directly to live technology demonstrations via phone transfers or conference calls. You will maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions within the CRM while collaborating with the sales team to optimize outreach strategy. Operating during standard East Coast business hours, this remote position requires strong verbal communication skills and a resilient, results-oriented mindset.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers on a daily basis

• Engage prospects and persuade them to connect with a technology demo via phone transfer or conference call

• Clearly communicate the value proposition to generate immediate prospect action on the call

• Track and document call outcomes and prospect interactions within the provided CRM system

• Maintain a consistent and professional tone that resonates with a US-based audience

• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting

• Strong English verbal communication skills easily understood by US demographics

• Ability to handle high rejection rates while maintaining motivation and energy

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

• High level of attention to detail when logging call data and following up on leads
