WFH Senior Video Editor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and highly experienced Senior Video Editor to create high-quality social media and long-form video content. In this role, you will produce broadcast-ready and digital assets for global brand campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic, exceptional technical skills in color grading and audio mixing, and a proven track record of delivering polished, high-impact videos under tight deadlines.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, flexible schedule between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm (UK Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Craft visually compelling short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube, brand features, corporate assets) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Color Grading & Audio: Perform professional-grade color correction/grading and deliver clean, balanced audio mixes.
• Asset Production: Turn raw footage into engaging, high-production-value video assets ready for global brand distribution.
• Workflow & Turnaround: Maintain fast turnaround times without compromising output quality or attention to detail.
• Collaboration: Review creative briefs, incorporate feedback efficiently, and work closely with the team to ensure client goals are met.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of professional editing experience working on high-end or global brand campaigns.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro (Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus).

Technical Skills:

• Advanced professional color grading capabilities.
• Strong sound design and audio mixing skills.
• Deep understanding of social media ratios, formats, and platform-specific pacing.
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines while maintaining premium visual standards.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing both short-form and long-form video editing projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic motion graphics/titles experience.
• Experience editing for international or enterprise-level clients.
