WFH Shopify E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

About the role

Our client, a fast-growing US-based e-commerce brand, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shopify E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to support recurring workflows across e-commerce, marketing, supply chain, inventory, and order fulfillment. This person will maintain accurate information across company systems, complete routine operational tasks, coordinate next steps, and identify issues requiring attention.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update products, bundles, pricing, collections, media, and promotional content in Shopify
• Maintain accurate product information and ensure website updates are completed and quality-checked
• Configure approved upsells, review filters, pricing tests, and other website optimization initiatives
• Organize, label, and upload approved advertising creatives into Meta Ads Manager
• Maintain current shipment trackers, including costs, statuses, ETAs, container details, and documentation
• Coordinate established next steps with freight forwarders, customs brokers, truckers, vendors, and internal team members
• Update inventory trackers and reconcile information across relevant systems
• Monitor Shopify orders for fulfillment delays, partial shipments, and delivery exceptions
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational trackers
• Prepare recurring product, sales, inventory, and marketing reports

About you

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, administrative support, or project coordination
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Sheets/Excel, and Google Drive
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, NetSuite, Monday.com, Intelligems, or inventory management software
• Experience coordinating with vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, or external partners
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, highly conscientious, and dependable
• Comfortable managing numerous recurring tasks, data entry, and daily deadlines
• Able to learn new software platforms and operational processes quickly
• Strong written English and professional communication skills
• Able to work independently while strictly following defined SOPs and processes
