Job Description

You will be the critical link between students and universities, managing warm leads generated through automated campaigns and ensuring smooth placement processes. This role puts you at the center of life-changing educational opportunities, where your ability to engage professionally, follow through consistently, and manage multiple student cases will directly impact enrollment success. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, handling outbound engagement, email correspondence, CRM updates, and placement coordination using straightforward software systems. The company values work ethic and self-direction above all, providing comprehensive training while expecting you to take ownership of your responsibilities from day one.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads generated through marketing campaigns and follow up on student inquiries
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and partner universities to facilitate placements
• Manage email correspondence with students, universities, and internal team members
• Update and maintain accurate student records in the company CRM system
• Coordinate the onboarding process for students being placed with universities
• Handle sensitive student information including personal data sent from overseas institutions
• Work independently without micromanagement while meeting performance expectations
• Participate in comprehensive training on company processes, software systems, and placement protocols

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven work ethic and ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be clearly understood
• Couple of years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or similar placement roles
• Demonstrated experience with outbound calls and warm lead follow-up
• Proficiency with CRM systems and email correspondence management
• Ability to grasp new software and processes quickly Professional demeanor when interacting with students and university partners
• Comfortable working remotely in a fully online business environment
