WFH US Recruiter (Salesforce)

Job Overview

Our client is adding Recruiters to their recruiting team for their busiest season of the year. You'll own the front half of the hiring process: sourcing and screening candidates, running phone interviews, and keeping candidates moving until they start. You'll work closely with US-based recruiters and account teams, with the opportunity to extend beyond the initial term for strong performers.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Mountain Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (This can be flexible, schedule subject to change, ~40-50 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes against job requirements
• Reach out to candidates by phone, text, and email, and respond to inbound candidates quickly
• Conduct phone screens and interviews with qualified candidates
• Schedule client interviews and coordinate candidate availability
• Track onboarding steps (paperwork, background checks, start dates) and follow up to prevent drop-off
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in ATS (Salesforce)
• Monitor open roles and deadlines so client orders are filled on time
• Flag issues early to your recruiter lead (no-shows, hard-to-fill roles, candidate concerns)
• Other recruiting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years in recruitment or staffing or similar high-volume, candidate-facing role
• 2+ years experience working with a US company
• Comfortable with applicant tracking systems, Google Workspace/spreadsheets, Slack, and Zoom
• Discretion handling sensitive candidate information (contact details, background check status)

• Reliable computer and a stable internet connection (25+ Mbps)
• Backup internet and power (e.g., mobile data and a UPS or power bank) for outages
• Noise-canceling headset and webcam
• Quiet, private workspace suitable for phone calls
