🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM)
• Previous experience working as a WFM Lead is a must
• English level: B2 or above
• Strong understanding of WFM processes and operations
• Hands-on experience with NICE IEX or Verint — must-have
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different stakeholders and teams
