WFM Real Time Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and analyze real-time WFM data to ensure accurate forecasting, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to labor management, including overtime tracking and attendance reporting.
• Develop and maintain reports using MIS tools to provide insights on workforce performance, productivity, and efficiency.
• Provide support for RTA (Real-Time Analytics) initiatives by analyzing data from various sources.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong understanding of WFM principles, practices, and technologies such as Workforce Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in creating reports using MIS tools like [insert specific software].
• Experience working with RTA platforms or willingness to learn.
