Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze real-time data from various sources, including WFM systems, to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using RTA tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for call center operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in real time analysis and reporting.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on strategic initiatives related to workforce optimization.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Strong understanding of Real Time Analysis (RTA), Real Time PCR, and Workforce Management (WFM) concepts.
- Proficiency in creating complex reports using RTA tools such as [insert specific tool names].
