Job Title: ADP Workforce Software (WFS) Test Specialist

Work Set Up: Permanent Work From Home / Fully Remote

Work Schedule: PH Night Shift / US Time Zone

Summary:

• The ADP Workforce Software (WFS) Test Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities for ADP Workforce Software (WFS) implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
• This role ensures that WFS configurations and integrations meet business requirements across timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, payroll interfaces, and workforce management processes.
• The specialist works closely with project managers, WFS functional consultants, payroll teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to validate system functionality, identify defects, and support successful project deployments.

Qualifications:

• Open for professionals with experiences using other Work Force Management Systems / Softwares
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Software (WFS).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management system testing, payroll system testing, or related QA/testing functions.
• Experience testing ADP Workforce Software modules including: o Timekeeping o Scheduling o Attendance o Leave and Accruals o Payroll Interfaces
• Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and payroll validation testing.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes and payroll calculations.
• Experience with defect management and test tracking tools.
• Experience participating in at least one ADP Workforce Software implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or migration project.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
