WH - Merchandising Supervisor (Davao)

• Prepares and issues drop list for “things to do” of stockers.
• Assigns stockers, promo/merchandisers, sales personnel to clean all display units especially appliances for display.
• Monitors the schedule of stockers, forklift operators, and merchandisers.
• Checks receiving summary and plan accordingly.
• Preparation of signages and checking the price change.
• Ensures cleanliness of area, aisle by aisle.
• Ensures all appliances display units are turned off before closing hour.
• Ensures all pallets are loaded at the steel.
• Conducts splinter meeting for closing shift of stockers and operators.
• Observes proper grooming standards and wearing of company uniform at all times, courtesy towards members, fellow employees and company officers, and punctuality at all times.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in merchandising or retail operations
• Experience in store supervision and team management
• Knowledge of inventory management, product display, and sales performance monitoring
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to report onsite at Panacan, Davao
