Wheel Alignment Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Wheel Alignment Technician to join our automotive service team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of vehicle wheel alignment, suspension systems, and steering components, with hands-on experience operating computerized wheel alignment equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate alignments using computerized alignment machines.
• Diagnose and correct wheel alignment issues, including camber, caster, and toe adjustments.
• Inspect steering, suspension, tyres, and related components for wear or damage.
• Identify uneven tyre wear, steering vibrations, and vehicle pulling issues.
• Perform wheel balancing and tyre-related services when required.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to ensure proper alignment and handling.
• Maintain alignment equipment, tools, and a clean, organized work area.
• Follow workshop safety procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely job completion.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Wheel Alignment Technician or in a similar automotive role.
• Proven experience operating computerized or 3D wheel alignment machines.
• Strong understanding of steering geometry, suspension systems, and tyre wear patterns.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve wheel alignment issues independently.
• Experience working with different vehicle makes and models.
• Basic knowledge of wheel balancing and tyre services.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive workshop.
• UAE automotive workshop experience is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills.
